Tshepi is the Founder of FutureLift Foundation NPC. MD of Naledi Ya Tshepi Business Consulting ( Pty) Ltd. Vice President Aido Network Southern Africa.

A member of Adhoc Advisory Board of Goodwill Ambassadors under Five Point Youth Foundation USA.

Career:  
Added to more than 25 years experience in the Corporate, Tshepi is also a seasoned leader and a public speaker.

Qualifications: She holds a BA Honours degree in Organisational Communications from UNISA. She also holds a postgrad Certificate in Thought Leadership in African Context from TMALI -Thabo Mbheki African Leadership Institute. A post grad certificate in Management Development Programme (MDP) and many other certificates.

Other Information: As the Princess of the Royal Batlokoa Nation, she Serves as 2nd Assistant Secretary General - Interim Executive Committee of Federation of Batlokoa Councils. She is the iCEO of Queen Mmanthatisi Cultural and Heritage Institute (still in its formation stages).

B.A. ed, B. Ed, ETDP and ABET Diploma, Masters in Ministry

Has worked as a Head of Division in Training and Education Services at Girls & Boys Town, a children’s home which is dedicated in breaking barriers for young people in South Africa.

She has also been trained in Child and youth Care related, Behaviour Management and HIV/AIDS Courses, which enables her to work comfortably with youth, Parents and Teachers within the communities. Prior joining Girls and Boys town, she worked as the Educator for 9 years and held the position of the Deputy Principal at Knowledge is Virtue Academy.

Margaret held a position of a Project Manager at an NPO called Living in Hope, where she would oversee the projects and manage international funding and reporting thereof. My strengths lie mainly on imparting knowledge through mentoring, coaching and facilitation within the communities.

In addition, she has served different Organizations in the capacities of Trustees at a board level as well as part of the Strategic committee for more than 9 years where her Managerial and leadership skills were sharpened. She is currently involved in a local church, training Bible college students who are either Pastors of their churches or aspiring to be ones. Margaret is very passionate in the areas of Community development, Leadership, Teaching, Mentoring and Coaching.

He is a Chartered Accountant | Tax Practitioner | Certified Business Advisor | Registered Auditor| B-BBEE Advisor amongst his many skills and expertise.

He has delivered many successful projects and assignments through organizations such as PwC, BHP Billiton, Auditor - General SA, SARS, Department of finance FS, amongst others. 

He is the Chairman of the Institute of Business Advisors Southern Africa (IBASA), and the MD of Pele Ea Pele. He is also involved with a number of non profit organisations through the company and in his personal capacity.
